    FAQ.

    What file formats?

    24-bit WAV stems are preferred for the highest quality. AIFF and FLAC also work. Mono sounds in mono stems. Stereo sounds in stereo stems. Make sure every track is bounced from the start of your session so everything lines up, then ZIP all stems into a single file before uploading.

    How long is the turnaround?

    6–7 business days from the moment we receive your stems. If you need it faster, add the Urgent option at checkout and you'll get the first preview within 48 hours, guaranteed.

    Revisions?

    You get two revision rounds with Standard, four with Plus, and unlimited rounds with Premium. Each round is a single consolidated batch of feedback — send all your notes together so the next pass can nail everything at once.

    Payment?

    All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal — secured by Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout but billed in GBP. Full payment is taken upfront; the mix starts as soon as your stems land.

    Worldwide?

    Yes — wherever you are. Everything is handled remotely: upload from anywhere, receive your mix anywhere. Time zones don't slow us down because all feedback runs through email and your private folder.

    Can you mix a full EP or album?

    Absolutely — most of our work is multi-track projects. Order one mix per song through the form and choose the same tier for each.

    What about mastering?

    The Plus and Premium tiers include mastering for streaming, with loudness targeted to Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube standards. The Standard tier is mix only — you can take that mix to any dedicated mastering engineer of your choice afterward.

    How do I send notes for a revision?

    Just reply to the preview email with timestamps and a short description of each change. Bullet points work best. Vague feedback like "make it sound bigger" works too — we'll interpret. Voice notes are welcome.

    Are my files kept private?

    Yes. Your stems and mixes live in a private folder only you and the engineer can access. We keep files for 90 days after delivery, then permanently delete them. NDAs available on request before you upload. If you'd like a full copy of your session for your records, email us before the 90-day window closes and we'll bundle it up for you.
