How long is the turnaround for a remote mix?

6 to 7 business days for the standard turnaround. 48 hours with the Urgent add-on.

How many revisions do I get?

Standard tier includes 2 revisions, Plus includes 4, Premium is unlimited. Most clients only need one round.

How do I pay for the mix?

All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, secured by Stripe. You can also split the cost into 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna at checkout. Prices convert to your local currency at checkout.

Do you mix for artists outside the UK?

Yes. Everything is handled remotely, so the service works wherever you are based.

How long is the turnaround?

6–7 business days from the moment we receive your stems. If you need it faster, add the Urgent option at checkout and you'll get the first preview within 48 hours, guaranteed.

Revisions?

You get two revision rounds with Standard, four with Plus, and unlimited rounds with Premium. Each round is a single consolidated batch of feedback — send all your notes together so the next pass can nail everything at once.

How do I send notes for a revision?

Just reply to the preview email with timestamps and a short description of each change. Bullet points work best. Vague feedback like "make it sound bigger" works too — we'll interpret. Voice notes are welcome.

What is the Audit?

The Audit is a fresh pair of ears on a mix you have made yourself. Send us your mix, and within 72 hours a senior engineer will reply by email with detailed notes — what is working, what is holding the mix back, and exactly what we would change. It costs £30, and if you go on to book a full mix with us, that £30 is deducted from your bill.

What is Free Mix Friday?

Free Mix Friday is our free mix competition. You submit your song through the form, and every week we select one winner and mix their track live on YouTube, completely free of charge. Entering costs nothing, and you keep all rights to your music. Submit your song here.

Worldwide?

Yes — wherever you are. Everything is handled remotely: upload from anywhere, receive your mix anywhere. Time zones don't slow us down because all feedback runs through email and your private folder.

Can you mix a full EP or album?

Absolutely — most of our work is multi-track projects. Order one mix per song through the form and choose the same tier for each.

What about mastering?

The Plus and Premium tiers include mastering for streaming, with loudness targeted to Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube standards. The Standard tier is mix only — you can take that mix to any dedicated mastering engineer of your choice afterward.

Are my files kept private?

Yes. Your stems and mixes live in a private folder only you and the engineer can access. We keep files for 90 days after delivery, then permanently delete them. NDAs available on request before you upload. If you'd like a full copy of your session for your records, email us before the 90-day window closes and we'll bundle it up for you.
