Terms.
By booking a mix with ONLYMIXING ("we", "us") you agree to the terms below. These are written plainly. If anything is unclear, email hello@onlymixing.com before booking.
The service
ONLYMIXING is a remote music mixing service. We mix audio files (stems) you upload, and deliver the finished mix as digital files. We offer three tiers:
- Standard — £200/song. Solid mix · 2 revisions · WAV + MP3 delivery.
- Plus — £300/song. Mix and master · 3 revisions · streaming-ready loudness.
- Premium — £400/song. Mix and master with stems · unlimited revisions · 1-on-1 call.
Optional add-ons (per song):
- SSL analog mix — +£100/song. Mix routed through our analog SSL chain.
- Urgent — +£100/song. Priority slot; 48-hour turnaround instead of standard.
Revisions
"Revision" means one round of changes after we've delivered the first mix. Standard includes 2, Plus includes 3, Premium is unlimited. Revisions must be requested as a single consolidated list per round, not message-by-message. Most clients only need one round.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount are billed at £50 per round on Standard and Plus.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 6–7 business days from the date we receive your complete stem upload. With the Urgent add-on, turnaround is 48 hours. Business days mean Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Payment
Full payment is taken upfront via Stripe at the point of booking. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Prices on the site are displayed in your local currency for reference but are charged in GBP. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Refunds
You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before mixing has begun. Mixing is considered to have "begun" when we have downloaded your stems and started the mix session — typically within 24 hours of receiving your upload.
Once mixing has begun, no refunds are issued, but you remain entitled to your full revision allowance until you are satisfied with the result. If, after using all included revisions, the mix still does not meet what was clearly agreed in the brief, contact us — we resolve disputes in good faith.
Ownership of the final mix
Once final payment has cleared and the mix is delivered, you retain full ownership of your music and your delivered mix. You may distribute, license, or commercially exploit it freely.
We retain ownership of any proprietary processing chains, presets, or templates we use internally.
Portfolio use
We reserve the right to feature your finished mix in our public portfolio (on this website, social media, or pitching materials) unless you opt out in writing before delivery. To opt out, email hello@onlymixing.com with the project name.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you own or are properly licensed for all audio you upload.
- You provide stems in a workable state: separate tracks, properly named, ideally 24-bit WAV.
- You give a clear creative brief and timely feedback on revisions.
Liability
Our liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected mix. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that order. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
